Welcome to neatspacey.world. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties to ensure a smooth, professional, and satisfactory cleaning experience.

1. Scope of Services & Website Use

The neatspacey.world website provides informational and booking services for residential and commercial cleaning in Ankara, Türkiye. All service descriptions and pricing are illustrative; your final agreement is defined in the confirmation email sent after booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable work expectations, or if the client violates these terms. Access to website content is for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or reproduction of our methodology or visuals is prohibited.

2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payments as detailed on our contact correspondence. For recurring services, invoices are sent after each completed clean.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost to compensate our team for the reserved time slot.

Our teams arrive fully equipped. This level of organization ensures we use the correct products for your surfaces, respecting both your materials and our standards.

3. Property Access & Safety Protocols

The Client is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned. This includes moving small furniture or items that block cleaning paths. Our team will not clean: hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations, or areas with unstable structures.

For security and our team's safety, we operate a strict 'no lone cleaner' policy. All jobs require at least one team member present. Clients are encouraged to be home or provide a trusted key/code holder. We hold liability insurance covering our staff and damage to your property caused by our negligence.

4. Liability, Damages, and Insurance

Damages: While we take extreme care, accidents can happen. If damage occurs due to our team's error, we will repair or replace the item to its original condition. We request clients report any damage within 24 hours of service completion with photo evidence.

Exclusions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items of sentimental value unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before the clean. Valuables (cash, jewelry, important documents) should be secured by the client. Our insurance covers incidents up to 50,000 TRY.

5. Dispute Resolution & Contact

Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service, we encourage you to notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. Most concerns are addressed via a complimentary return visit or partial refund.

For formal disputes, we agree to attempt mediation in good faith in Ankara. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. For any questions or legal notices, please contact us directly.
